Police: Shots fired into Manchester apartment for 2nd time in a month


MANCHESTER - Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 91 West St. and found three bullet holes in a first-floor apartment.

Police said that the building was also fired into on May 20.

NH1 records indicate the apartment was shot into on March 20, sending a woman to the hospital.

The call came at 4 a.m. this morning for a report of several shots fired. Police found several spent casings on the ground, the three bullet holes into the apartment and one of those bullets entered the kitchen area and damaged a piece of pottery.

Police said there were three adults and one juvenile in the apartment at the time. None of them were injured.

Outside the buliding, a 2009 Nissan Altima belonging to a second-floor tenant was also struck by bullet, police said.
