Members of the Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division, in conjunction with detectives assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 50 Sentinel Court, Apt. 306, on April 27.

Officials located a trace amount of Carfentanil inside the kitchen area as well as a small amount of marijuana.

The resident of the apartment and target of the investigation, Preston Thorpe, a.k.a. "P", 24, was not home at the time they executed the search warrant, police said.

Investigators believe Thorpe may have fled the area because the apartment appeared to have been cleaned out prior to their arrival.

Thorpe is originally from California, so investigators have reason to believe he may return to his birth state. He was last seen in Manchester on April 27.

Detectives, working with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, prepared a nationwide extraditable arrest warrant for Thorpe, charging him with possession of a controlled drug - Carfentanil.

Thorpe is described as 6-feet, 3-inches tall, weighing 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a sleeve-style tattoo on his right arm and hand and a large tattoo on his left forearm.

Investigators believe he may be operating a newer model Audi A4 2.0 T bearing a New Hampshire temporary dealer registration 2089050. The Audi has a "TEAM NISSAN, MANCHESTER, NH" decal placed over the A4. He also had a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer registered to him, but it is unknown if he still owns the vehicle. The Mitsubishi is listed as New Hampshire registration 4023461.

Thorpe may be traveling with a woman - Ashley Arbogast, 28, of 50 Sentinel Court, Manchester. She is described as 5-feet, 1-inch tall, weighing 156 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has tattoos on her left arm and hand.

Anyone who knows of Thorpe's whereabouts is asked to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711 or Manchester Crimeline at 603-624-4040.
