PORTSMOUTH - Police are looking for a man they say could be dangerous.
41-year-old Maurice Pelissier was last seen in Portland, Maine, but authorities believe he may be in the Portsmouth area at this time.
He is considered a threat to himself and possibly others due to a psychiatric condition.
According to the a statement from Westbrook Police, Pelissier was recently committed to the treatment center against his will, and fled soon after.
Pelissier is described as a white man, 6’2” and 225 pounds with shaggy brown hair.
Police said he was last seen wearing a gray fleece coat, green cargo pants or brown shorts, flip-flops and wool socks.
If you see him, do not approach him, police said. Just call 911.
