LONDONDERRY - Londonderry police have obtained a search warrant for the computer of the man who police claim killed a heating repairman before shooting himself last month.
Richard Verville, 71, shot Daniel Rabideau, 59, on May 24 in Verville's home.
Detective Chris Olson said he requested the search warrant after the state police's Major Crimes Unit saw what he described as "suspicious items," according to the Union Leader.
Police say they haven't been able to find any link between the two men and have no reason to believe they have a previous relationship.
The suspected cause of the shooting is a mental illness Verville was suffering from.
