According to police, Nicholas Austin, of Newton, and Feliz Quintero Aguilar, of Boston, were arrested in July the sale of a controlled drug and death resulting.

Aguilar was released on bail in July but the indictment was unsealed Monday as law enforcement now need the public’s help finding him.

Authorities believe Aguilar should be considered armed and dangerous and is often visits the Haverhill and Lawrence areas.

He is described as 5-foot-5 with brown hear, brown eyes and a tribal band tattoo on his upper left arm.

Anyone with information on Aguilar’s whereabouts should contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at 603-225-1632.
