Police: Scuffle with officers inside USA Chicken in Manchester leads to 6 arrests

MANCHESTER - Six people were arrested early Saturday morning after police were called to USA Chicken to remove some disorderly people.

Police said Bairon Munoz Benitez, 27 of Manchester, refused to leave the restaurant at about 2 a.m. after police intervention so he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

At the same time, police said Michael McClain, 26 of Manchester interfered and shoved an officer. He was arrested and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest.

As Munoz Benitez was getting arrested, Peyour Guguai, 25 of Manchester, was trying to "run interference" and became confrontational with officers, according to police. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

An unruly crowd became disorderly as more officers arrived on scene to assist, they said. Three more people - Charlene Rojas, 31 of Manchester; Tiffany Brea, 24 of Manchester; and Benjamin Harris, 26 of Hooksett - were arrested.

Rojas was charged with disorderly conduct. Brea and Harris were charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
