Police say Pelham teen was driving at 107 mph on I-93

WINDHAM - State police say they clocked a teenage driver going 107 mph on Interstate 93 on Sunday morning.

Police have charged Joseph Brown, 19, of Pelham with reckless driving.

He was observed by a patrolling tropper heading south on I-93, rapidly passing other cars. The car was subsequently measured as going 107 mph in a 65 mph zone, police said.

Brown was arrested and is scheduled to appear in Salem District Court on Jan. 14.
