Police say a pair was found with suspected heroin, cocaine, firearm at Firebird Motel

HOOKSETT — A police call to the Firebird Motel turned into the discovery of multiple drugs and a gun.

Tuesday morning, police got reports that a suspicious person was entering a room in the Firebird Motel, of 10 Bell Ave. When they arrived, police found a woman who allegedly entered room #108 and alarmed the guest who was inside, who then forced the woman out.

Police were told that the woman was then seen going back to her own room where she was staying in room #109. Police then walked down the hallway to speak with her and also found a man staying in the room as well.

Police then discovered that the man in the room had a warrant out of Hillsborough County Court for failing to appear and was placed under arrest. Police said they also found large amounts of cash on him.

The woman then gave police permission to search the room, and they found drugs, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.

Once granted a search warrant, police found more drugs suspected to be cocaine and heroin, along with more paraphernalia.

An arrest warrant for both the man and woman has been requested.
