Police: Rochester man charged with indecent exposure after lewd act on back of Portsmouth bus

PORTSMOUTH - A Rochester man is facing a felony charge after police said he exposed himself on a public bus Friday afternoon.

Robert J. Morrill, 53, has been charged with indecent exposure and lewdness.

A bus driver told police he had to end his route and pull to the side the road after a person on the bus said Morrill was masturbating in the back of the bus.

Morrill was convicted on for the same offense in 2009, which is why he was charged with a felony.

He was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for an arraignment in January.
