NASHUA - During the two years leading up to a toddler's death, police responded to the Oak Street apartment that she lived numerous times.
The reports of those calls involve details of assault, abuse allegations and gang-related activity.
Katlyn Marin, the mother of 3-year-old Brielle Gage, has been charged with second-degree murder in the girl's Nov. 25 death. The medical examiner ruled Brielle's cause of death blunt force trauma.
Police visited the apartment more than 40 times for instances involving Marin since July 2012. It's unclear when Marin moved to 14 Oak St. NH1 News reached out to a representative for Marin's landlord by phone and was told to email. The representative did not respond to the email Friday.
NH1 asked police for records of responses to 14 Oak St. for a five year period starting in 2010. Marin's name did not appear in those records until July 3, 2012.
Ten of the visits by police during that time were substantial enough to produce reports.
Details of those reports are as follows:
The other responses to 14 Oak St. during the five-year time period did not produce reports and were minor in nature.
They are as follows:
Marin has not yet been indicted on the murder charge.
Rivera is facing charges in a separate case involving the abuse of Marin's 8-year-old son. He and Marin were arrested in May in that case. However, charges against Marin were dismissed.
