Police presence increased at Bedford High after threat scrawled on bathroom stall

BEDFORD — Police presence has been increased at Bedford High School following a "low level" threat that was written on a bathroom stall on Wednesday.

Administrators received a report about graffiti on a bathroom stall making a threat, Bedford High School Principal Bill Hagen said in an email sent to parents.

Hagen said the school resource officer, Bedford police and the superintendent were able to determine that the threat was low level.

Seventh and eighth grade parents from the connecting Lurgio Middle School were also notified of this threat, along with the high school parents.
