Police: NH woman threatens to poop on officer's leg while man grabs shotgun
MANCHESTER — A Manchester woman allegedly threatened to poop on an officer's leg following a domestic assault incident.
Police responded to 70 Dover St. around 3:05 a.m. Monday after a complaint from a neighbor claiming the second-floor tenants were fighting. The neighbor said he told the two people to quiet down, but instead, the female yelled obscenities and allegedly threw several eggs at his car.
Upon arrival, Samuel Caraballo, 19, of 70 Dover St., opened the door and became confrontational with one of the officers, police said. Caraballo backed away and Kristina Roberts, 18, of Manchester, took his spot in the doorway.
The officer noticed Caraballo walk toward a long gun located next to a bed as Roberts blocked the entrance into the apartment, police said. As Caraballo allegedly reached for the gun, the officer pushed past Roberts as she grabbed at his jacket and attempted to prevent him from entering, police said.
The officer and Caraballo struggled as the officer tried to grab the shotgun and Caraballo allegedly kicked the officer in the chest before another officer used subdued Caraballo with a stun gun, police siad.
Police placed Roberts into custody after she tried blocking the other officers from entering the apartment, police said.
Police said Roberts then placed her buttocks on an officer's leg and threatened to poop on the officer as they waited for the transport wagon.
Robert faces one count of simple assault-unprivileged physical contact with the officer and two counts of resisting arrest/detention.
Carballo faces a felony-level charge of criminal threatening, resisting arrest/detention and simple assault.
Police also seized an unloaded 12-gauge shotgun from the residence.
Caraballo and Roberts were arraigned this morning in Manchester district court.
