Police: NH man wanted on stalking charges turned himself in without incident
MANCHESTER — A man wanted by the Manchester Police Department on stalking charges turned himself into the department late Friday evening.
Rodney Allard, of Manchester, was wanted on stalking charges after police say he had repeated contact with a person who did not want to be contacted by him.
Allard turned himself into the police department around 9:30 Friday evening. Police say he was taken into custody without incident.
Police warned Friday afternoon that Allard was in possession of a handgun, made homicidal and suicidal statements and threatened to harm law enforcement.
