LEBANON — A Lebanon man allegedly threatened his ex-girlfriend with a firearm when she went to his home to retrieve her dog.
The victim stopped by the Clark Street home of Ryan Hogge, 28, to retrieve her dog Saturday at about 5 p.m., police said. The victim then said that Hogge pulled out a .40 caliber pistol from his waistband and proceeded to eject several live rounds onto the ground.
An arrest warrant was prepared for Hogge, along with a search warrant for his residence. At about 5:50 p.m., Hogge was taken into custody and several weapons were recovered, including a .40 caliber pistol.
Hogge was charged with criminal threatening with a firearm, a class B felony. He was held on $20,000 cash bail and appeared in court Monday.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible, police said.
