Police: NH man punches woman multiple times fracturing nasal bones, eye socket

NASHUA — A man was arrested after punching a female multiple times and fracturing various facial bones, according to police.

Police arrested Edward Lauziere, 60 of Nashua, Monday on numerous charges. According to police, Lauziere punched the victim multiple times in the face, fracturing her nasal bones and eye socket.

He also applied pressure to the victim's neck causing her to lose consciousness.

Lauziere was charged with two counts of second-degree assault: domestic violence, two counts of second-degree assault, simple assault: domestic violence and simple assault. The first four charges are class B felonies, the last two are class A misdemeanors.

Lauziere is being held on $25,000 cash bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday at the Nashua District Court.
