Police: NH man arrested for assaulting 6-year-old son
NASHUA — A Nashua man was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 6-year-old son, causing injury to the boy March 9.
Nashua police arrested Jason Trythall, 34, of Nashua, on a warrant for second-degree assault - domestic violence, a class B felony, on Tuesday, according to police.
The department received a report that Trythall assaulted his young son and caused a non-life-threatening injury, and requested a warrant for his arrest.
Trythall was arrested in Merrimack and transferred to Nashua on Tuesday. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and was arraigned at the Nashua district court on Wednesday. He is next scheduled to appear in court April 25 at 8:15 a.m.
