Police: NH grandmother busted with 20 grams of heroin, sold it for jailed grandson

KEENE - Calls made from man in jail to his grandmother led to the seizure of 20 grams of heroin, police said.

According to officials, jail calls made by Dylan Maliska, 23, to his grandmother - Regina Miner, 60 - were monitored and information was collected which indicated Miner had gone to Maliska’s Keene residence and recovered controlled drugs (believed to be heroin/fentanyl) which he had hidden.

Further, calls were monitored which included information indicating Miner distributed controlled drugs to at least one person at the direction of Maliska. A search warrant was issued on Sept. 21 for Miner’s Keene home.

About 20 grams of heroin/fentanyl were seized, police said. Miner was arrested Wednesday without incident.

She was charged with possession of a controlled drug, conspiracy/distribution of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and criminal solicitation/possession of a controlled drug.

Miner is set to appear at the Cheshire Superior Court on Oct. 13 for arraignment.
