NASHUA - Police arrested a man early Wednesday morning after getting reports that he had solicited two 12-year-old girls for sex.
Ernest Hardy, 32 of Nashua, initially had a warrant out when police got reports on Feb. 3 that he had solicited the first 12-year-old girl for sex via Facebook.
Then, on Tuesday, police received a second report of Hardy soliciting a different 12-year-old and that he had also asked one of the victims to provide him with nude images of herself.
Hardy was charged with 3 counts of certain use of computer services prohibited, each a Class A felony, and an additional count of endangering the welfare of a child, a Class B felony.
Each class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in state prison, and each Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison, both exclusive of fines.
He was held on $5,000 cash bail with an arraignment scheduled for Thursday.
