Police: Merrimack man charged in domestic disturbance

MERRIMACK - A man from Merrimack faces charges following a domestic disturbance, police said.

Merrimack Police responded to 34 Gail Road on November 28 at about 10 a.m.

Police said after speaking with all those involved, officers arrested Charles Poirier for criminally threatening a household member. Poirier was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and charged with one count of criminal threatening.

Poirier was placed on $2,000 cash bail and brought to Valley Street Jail. He is scheduled to appear in the Merrimack District Court today to answer to the charge.
