Police: Man with fake NH ID caught with bindle of heroin in Nashua


NASHUA - Nashua police said a man has been arrested after he had a false New Hampshire license and attempted to dispose of heroin.

According to police, Hector Luis Arias-Ramirez, 26 of Boston, had false documents claiming to be Edgardo Rivera Pega.

State Police arrested Arias-Ramirez Tuesday and with the help of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, learned he was a citizen of the Dominican Republic, who had illegally entered the U.S.

While in custody, Arias-Ramirez allegedly threw a bindle of heroin to the ground. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug, Tampering with Public Records and Unsworn Falsification.
