CONCORD – A man who had an outstanding warrant in Massachusetts for selling cocaine was arrested Monday in Concord.
According to NH State Police, staff members at the Division of Motor Vehicles alerted police that a man was allegedly attempting to use fake documents to obtain a NH driver’s license.
Police were able to identify him as Luis Lozano, 36, who had an outstanding warrant in Massachusetts.
Lozano was charged with tampering with public records, falsification and being a fugitive from justice.
Lozano was held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
