MANCHESTER - Police said a man unhappy about getting his car towed opened fire on the tow yard hours later.
Police said James Zsofka, 47 of Manchester, got his car towed by Performance Towing Co. and showed up to the tow yard, firing at the windows of the office and several trucks Friday morning.
