Police: Man charged with DUI, found passed out behind wheel at Manchester McDonald's

MANCHESTER - Police said a man was arrested after he was found passed out in running a car in a McDonald's parking lot.

Besfort Syla, 26 of Manchester, was found at about 6:20 a.m. on Monday with both legs outside the driver's side of the car while it was running.

Police said he failed sobriety tests on the scene. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A search revealed .25 grams of marijuana, police said, so Syla was also charged with possession of a controlled drug.

He was released on 2,000 recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on March 18.
