Police: Man arrested on heroin charges after multiple reports of driver with needle in hand

MANCHESTER - A man was arrested Monday after police said they got multiple reports of a man driving with a needle in his hand.

The reported car was eventually stopped for failing to use a turn signal in the area of Pine Street and Lake Avenue.

Police said the driver - John Lozeau, 28 of Nashua - was found with .22 grams of heroin and a capped syringe.

He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

Lozeau was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
