Police: Man arrested after using excavator to trash building in Franklin

FRANKLIN - A man is under arrest after police said he used an excavator to heavily damage a building.

Jordan Ingram, 28 of Franklin, trashed the building at 15 Tannery Street with the heavy machinery at about 3:46 p.m. on Monday, police said.

He was later found and arrested in a vehicle on Interstate 89.

Ingram was charged with felony reckless conduct as well as felony criminal mischief.

He was scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday.
