Police make arrest in connection with double stabbing at Durgin Block Parking Garage in Concord


CONCORD - Police have made an arrest in connection with a double stabbing at the Durgin Block Parking Garage on Sept. 28.

Pierce Osgood, 18, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with conspiracy, a class B felony, and breach of bail, according to Lt. Timothy J. O'Malley, commander of the Criminal Investigations Division.

The victims in the stabbing suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, according to police, who say they expect to make more arrests.
