MANCHESTER — A 'shots fired' call was made by a detective on construction detail at the intersection of Pine street and Laurel Street on Wednesday at about 1 p.m.
Detective Michael Lavallee reported the call after he heard two gunshots that came from Central Street.
A 2011 Honda was found on Central Street with damage to the rear and front windshields, which seemed to be from one of the bullets.
Police say they identified the owner, who was unaware of the accident.
The vehicle was towed to police headquarters in an attempt to locate a bullet or bullet fragments.
There are no suspects at this time and the case is open to investigation.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Manchester Detective Unit at 603-792-5500.
