Police: Inmate escaped from minimum security prison in Concord
CONCORD – N.H. State Police, the Department of Corrections and the Dover Police Department are looking for Stephen P. Roy, 27, who they say has escaped from a minimum security facility in Concord.
According to police, Roy was last seen around 5 p.m. at the Corrections Transitional Work Center on Friday, July 3.
Roy is described as a white male, 5-foot-six-inches, 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Roy also has tattoos on his chest, neck, left and right arms.
