Police: Homeless Conway man busted on heroin charges after month-long drug investigation


CONWAY- After a month long investigation into the possession and sale of a controlled drug, a homeless Conway man has been arrested.

The Conway Police Department and the Attorney General's Drug Task Force arrested Jared Gardner, 27.

Gardner was arrested Tuesday at a local hotel after the investigation confirmed that he has been selling heroin in the North Conway Village.

Gardner was held on $25,000 cash bail.

Gardner will face penalties of 3½-to-7 years in jail and $100,000 in fines for the charge of possession with intent to distribute.
