Police have clues to operator of truck that fled after NH tollbooth crash
ROCHESTER—A toll attendant working in a booth in Rochester was uninjured in a weekend wreck, but police are still looking for the truck that crashed into it.
Police responded about 1:30 to the Rochester tollbooth on the Spaulding Turnpike for a crash. Authorities say the rig continued traveling after crashing into the tolls.
The truck is described as a red truck with a blue and white lift, or “cherry picker” and had the words, “A. Richardson Trucking” on it.
Though there were no injuries, two lanes at the tolls were closed for over an hour. Additionally, the center lane of the tollboth will remain closed for the next couple of days so workers can repair damage.
