In newly obtained police and court documents, it is revealed that Eve Tarmey was exposed to a life of drugs and prostitution as early as age 14.

In 2012, Tarmey's father, Troy Tarmey, filed a notice for the Rochester Police to do a welfare check on Eve while she was staying with her mother, Jazzmyn Rood.

According to the documents, Troy Tarmey told police that Jazzmyn's ex, Lawrence Douglas, told him Jazzmyn was involved in prostitution and believed Jazzmyn's pimp was Mark Ross.

Mark Ross, 41, was at the Riviera Motel and called police when Eve stopped breathing. Ross has been charged with dispensing a controlled drug that resulted in a death, tampering, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled drug and falsifying evidence.

Leslie Aberle, of Salisbury, Mass., was also arrested on dispensing controlled controlled drug charges.

Rood is charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled drug, reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
