Police: Claremont man facing drug charges after cocaine investigation

CLAREMONT - A 24-year-old from Claremont has been charged with selling cocaine.

Police arrested Daniel Towle, 24 of Claremont, on Friday night after an investigation regarding the sale of cocaine.

Towle has been charged with conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug - a felony, possession with intent to distribute a controlled drug - a felony, possession of a controlled drug - a misdemeanor and contempt of court - a misdemeanor.

Towle was held over the weekend until his arraignment on Monday when he pleaded "not guilty" to all charges.

Bail has been set $10,000 cash with Towle's next hearing scheduled for April 4.
