MANCHESTER - Police are looking for a man they say led an officer on a car chase and hit several vehicles in Manchester.
At about 10 p.m. Thursday night, police noticed a black Audi without proper registration.
The suspect was described as an African-American man, wearing a light colored t-shirt and a black baseball hat.
The car fled from the officer, but after a short chase the officer stopped the pursuit because of heavy pedestrian traffic and traffic after Thursday night's Fisher Cats game, which had just ended.
After striking four cars, the Audi stopped and the man fled the scene on foot.
A K-9 unit and additional officers were called in to try to locate him, but he was not found.
If you have any information on the incident, contact Manchester Police at 603-668-8711 or the Manchester Crimeline, 603-624-4040.
The police said they could be offering a cash reward if information leads to the identification and successful prosecution of the person responsible.
