Police charge NH man with exposing himself to a child during Taekwondo class
BEDFORD — Bedford police arrested a man Friday after an investigation into claims that he exposed himself to a minor.
Matthew Caron, 24, of Manchester, turned himself in to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest on charges of indecent exposure to a child younger than 16 and endangering the welfare of a child.
The investigation preceding the charges originated from an allegation that Caron exposed himself to a child while instructing at Master An's Taekwondo Studio in Bedford.
Caron was released on $5,000 bail and has an arraignment scheduled Aug. 24 in Merrimack district court.
Caron is not the first instructor at the taekwondo studio to face child endangerment charges.
In 2014, Daniel Resto-Ortiz faced that charge as well as a sexual assault charge and others, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
During that investigation, Eunha An and Tyler McDonough also faced one count each of endangering the welfare of a child and persons required to report.
