The search efforts for Cuocolo have been very active. On Thursday evening, a large police presence was spotted in the area of Neal Shore Drive along Meredith Bay.

Police confirmed for the past two days, they've been searching a cluster of buildings on the road and the wooded area surrounding them. However, as of Thursday evening when the search ended for the day, Cuocolo had not been apprehended.

Cuocolo is wanted on three active arrest warrants, including first degree assault, armed robbery with a firearm, and criminal threatening with a firearm, all felonies.

The victim in the shooting, which happened at 24 Arlene Drive in Belmont, remains at the hospital in critical but stable condition.

Police believe Cuocolo is still in the Lakes Region and are considering him armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Cuocolo's location or anyone who comes into contact with him are asked to contact Belmont or State police.
