Police arrest NH woman accused of pushing person who lived with her, throwing phone
MERRIMACK — Police arrest a woman after a report of a domestic altercation.
On Thursday morning, Merrimack Police responded to local condominium complex and conducted a brief investigation.
It was alleged that Jamie McCarty, 31, got into an altercation with another household member.
During the dispute, she pushed another person in the household, and when said person tried to call police to report it, McCarty took the phone from the victim and threw it at a wall, police said.
McCarty was charged with domestic violence and obstructing a report of a crime and was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
She is scheduled to appear in court April 25.
