DURHAM — Police arrested a man they said was driving 135 miles per hour on Route 4 in Durham Monday afternoon.
21-year-old Siyuan Cheng was charged with reckless conduct after being accused of going about 80 miles per hour over the speed limit between Madbury Road and the Durham Weigh Station.
Cheng was driving a 2013 Maserati at the time of his arrest and has been scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 27.
