Police arrest Manchester man after they say he threw knife at his neighbor

MANCHESTER — Police arrested a man after his neighbor said he threw a steak knife at his head during a dispute.

Eliezer Calo, 52 of Manchester, was charged with reckless conduct after he hurled a steak knife at his neighbor Monday at about 5 p.m., police said.

The event was the result of an ongoing feud between the two tenants, according to police.

Calo confronted his neighbor in the common hallway of the apartment on Clifford Avenue wielding the knife. The two were yelling back and forth when Calo threw the knife, striking the apartment door as his neighbor turned to go through it.

Calo is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at the Manchester District Court.
