Police: 6 NH men arrested in latest drug sweep in Nashua

NASHUA — Six more people have been arrested for various drug-related crimes as part of Operation Granite Hammer.

Nashua police said the arrests occurred during the week of June 4, 2017.

The arrests:

James Brunelle, 43 of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant that was completed by the Narcotics Intelligence Division. Brunelle was charged with one count of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, heroin, a felony. Brunelle was held on $25,000 cash bail and arraigned Wednesday.

Nathaniel Rodriguez, 40 of Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of controlled drug, Fentanyl, a felony. Rodriguez was also charged with operating without a valid license, a misdemeanor. Rodriguez was held on $1500 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment Friday.

Nolan Douglass, 23 of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant that was completed by the Narcotics Intelligence Division after a lengthy investigation. Douglass was charged with four counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, Oxycodone, a felony. Douglas was held on $50,000 cash bail is scheduled for arraignment Friday.

Francis Fabiano, 63 of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant that was completed by the Narcotics Intelligence Division after a lengthy investigation. Fabiano was charged with four counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug, Oxycodone, a felony. Fabiano was also charged with acts prohibited; manufacture of controlled drug, marijuana, also a felony. Fabiano was held on $50,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment Friday.

Michael Fabiano, 24, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant that was completed by the Narcotics Intelligence Division after a lengthy investigation. Fabiano was charged with one count of acts prohibited; manufacture of controlled drug, marijuana, a felony. Fabiano was also charged with possession of controlled drug, marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was released on $1500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on August 02, 2017. Police said Michael Fabiano was working in conjunction with his father, Francis Fabiano, to manufacture marijuana within their Nashua residence.

Aaron Sherman, 33 of Milford, was arrested on an outstanding capias that was issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court. Sherman was held without bail and is scheduled for arraignment Friday.
