Police: 3 arrested at NH outlet mall after conspiring to steal items from store

NH1.com

MERRIMACK — Police have arrested three people in an alleged outlet mall conspiracy.

Shanny Cedeno, 21, of Nashua and Taylor Apostol, 20, of Londonderry, conspired to receive stolen property from a friend who worked at the Merrimack Premium Outlets, police said. Police said that Frank Dempsey, who worked at the mall, would sell the items to his friends at unauthorized discounts or just not scan the items at all.

Cedeno and Apostol turned themselves in on Sunday, nearly 14 days after warrants were issued for their arrest.

The women face receiving stolen property charges and were released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bail.

They were scheduled to be arraigned Monday at the Merrimack district court.

Dempsey's charges are still unknown. NH1 News will update the story as more information becomes available.
