Police: 2 men connected to gas station robbery spree in NH communities turn themselves in
BEDFORD — The Bedford Police Department arrested two men in connection to a March gas station robbery.
Joseph Rapaglia, 20 of Candia, and Alex Toribio, 18 of Newmarket, turned themselves after the department secured warrants for their arrest, police said.
Rapaglia and Toribio allegedly walked into RPM Fuels, located at 137 Rt. 101, on March 10 around 8:44 p.m. demanding cash from the clerk before fleeing with an undisclosed amount.
It was one in a string of March robberies and attempted robberies in which the pair has been charged.
Police in Candia arrested the Rapaglia and Torbio March 29 for a March 10 attempted robbery at DC Mobil.
In Rochester, the pair is accused of robbing a Shell station at gunpoint on March 16. They were arrested in that city March 21.
Rapaglia and Torbio were ordered held on $5,000 bail in the Bedford incident and have an arraignment scheduled for July 27.
