Plymouth man arrested, accused of aggrevated DUI
SALISBURY, Mass. - Police arrested a Plymouth man for driving while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
At 3:45 a.m., Elphick said he observed a vehicle traveling on Route 4 in Salisbury at 80 mph in a posted 35 mph residential area.
Elphick stopped the vehicle and through investigation determined that Lee Anderson, 22 of Plymouth NH, to be incapacitated and arrested him under suspicion of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Anderson refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content.
Anderson is currently on probation and was held on cash bail at Merrimack County Jail. He is pending an arraignment at Franklin District Court on March 9.
