Planned Parenthood, ACLU: Proposed NH bills attack women's health care

The Associated Press

CONCORD (AP) — The New Hampshire chapters of Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union are holding a news conference on what they call legislative attacks on women's health care.

The groups say some lawmakers have introduced a package consisting of 16 bills that aim to weaken the protections of Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court decision on abortion rights marks its 43rd anniversary this week.

The news conference is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Legislative Office Building lobby.
