People left picking through rubble after 2-alarm fire in New Castle

NEW CASTLE - The cause of a two-alarm fire in New Castle that destroyed a historic home over the weekend remains under investigation.

The two-family home was nothing but rubble on Monday as people who lived there attempted to pick through the debris and move their cars from the wreckage.

At least 15-Seacoast fire departments fought the flames through the night.

Everyone got out safely.
