CHICAGO — The 2016 NFL Draft is well underway in the windy city.
Although New England didn't have a first round pick, on Friday night they had four between the second and third rounds.
In the second round, the Patriots drafted Cyrus Jones, CB out of Alabama. Jones said he was "praying to God" that they Patriots would draft him, according to NESN.
In the third round future Patriots Hall of Famer, Kevin Faulk announced in his Tom Brady jersey that "with the 78th pick in the 2016 NFL draft, the New England Patriots, and Tom Brady, select Joe Tuney, linebacker NC State," which many sources are saying was a statement to the NFL for the deflategate penalty.
Later in the night, Jacoby Brissett, QB out of NC State was taken 91st overall, followed by the 96th overall pick who was Vincent Valentine, DT from Nebraska.
