Owen Labrie could be released from jail, getting new bail hearing on Monday
CONCORD - Owen Labrie could be released from jail again.
The St. Paul's graduate will be at Merrimack County Superior Court for a new bail hearing at 3 p.m.
Labrie was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old freshman as part of a game of sexual conquest.
A judge revoked his bail in March after he admitted violating his curfew.
Labrie was arrested in 2014 days after graduating from St. Paul's School in Concord.
