Operation Granite Hammer nets 5 new arrests in Manchester on drug, other charges

MANCHESTER - The Granite Hammer has struck again. Police say they made five new arrests as part of the effort to crack down on drugs and crime in the city.

Those arrested include

Promice Fannon, 28, listed as homeless, charged with prostitution

Randall Young, 52, of 84 Karatzas Ave, #106, Manchester, charged with possession of prescription drugs

Christopher Jolicouer, 32, 43 Clark Road, Londonderry, charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property based on prior warrants.

Charles Ali, 28, 63 Goffe St., Manchester, charged with possession of heroin and possession of marijuana

Alfred Rose, 48, 246 Main St, #1, Manchester, charged with possession of marijuana
