Operation Granite Hammer nets 4 more drug arrests in Manchester


MANCHESTER - Operation Granite Hammer netted four more arrests Tuesday night in the Queen City.

The first arrest came after a motor vehicle stop on Auburn Street. Police said Jordan Duran acted suspiciously, and police later caught up with him trying to enter the Market Basket.

He fled police, but was caught with a hypodermic needle, but police said it's contents (heroin) had been flushed out and was seeping though his jeans. He was charged with resisting arrest and falsifying physical evidence.

Ramon Martinez, 38 of Goffstown, was arrested without incident on warrants and charged with criminal threatening, simple assault and possession of a controlled drug (2 grams heroin and 5 grams marijuana).

After obtaining a search warrant following reports of the sale of heroin and fentanyl in a Bremer Street apartment, Jessica Bouchard, 31 of Manchester, was found with 183 grams of fentanyl and a loaded 9mm handgun. She was charged with sale of a controlled drug (fentanyl) and possession with intent to distribute (fentanyl).

Also related to the Bremer Street arrest, her alleged co-conspirator, Jason LaFrance, 45 of Manchester. was arrested at the N.H. probation/parole office. Police said LaFrance jumped from a second story window in an attempt to elude police, but was caught after sustaining a serious, but non-life threatening leg injury. He was charged with sale of a controlled drug (fentanyl) and possession with intent to distribute (fentanyl), felonious use of a firearm, armed career criminal and placed on a 72-hour hold for probation violations.
