MANCHESTER – A Manchester man's reportedly called the police - on himself - after making several false alarm phone calls.

Adam Witmer, 21, made a 911 phone call on July 26 stating that he had been stabbed in the kidney, and that his name was Chris Mangan.

He provided a description of the suspect, which matched the clothing he was wearing at the time.

Officers noticed that the name, Chris Mangan, had been related to false emergency calls in the past.

An officer was dispatched, but upon arrival, he realized that it was a fake call. The officer completed an arrest warrant for false public alarm.

The man was tied to other false emergency calls in the past.

He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
