MANCHESTER - Dry conditions helped spread a brush fire Wednesday afternoon.
The Manchester blaze started after a man tried to burn files in the middle of the woods, officials said.
They were able to track him down because they said his name was on several of the papers.
Fire prevention officials cited him - a crime that could possibly mean jail time.
They also found a nice surprise in the middle of the fire.
